KSC USP .45 standard silencer question
I have a quick question maybe someone here can answer for me:
How do i get a silencer on my stock ksc? i cant find anything on what thread silencer to get and what kind of barrel with the thread or thread adapter or anything i pretty much know nothing about the silencer and my gun so far so could anybody help. i tried to look for something on a threaded outer barrel since im gettin the KSC metal barrel + slide set but still nothing has come up. is the thread silencer adapter for any barrel or do you need a specific one? Thanks guys MadLz |

A really weak answer but I have a KSC Mk23 with suppressor, and I assume any outer barrel with threads you buy will have the right sized threaded muzzle. The standard is 16mm clockwise thread for those things. Can't help much with the outer barrel and where to buy, but I think it's safe to assume the USP and Mk23 are the same for airsoft (as they are for real steel, except a different recoil enhancer in the supressor for each........... not that it has anything to do with airsoft though).

Sounds like a search of UN Company or WGC is in order. Check the drop down links above.

anybody know if its safe to install a SD recoil/hammer set and not compromise the durability of the gun?
i havent got the metal slide and outer barrel yet and im still using propane is this ok to do for the gun. ive read up that the SD hammer spring is a little too strong and can damage the gun as well as propane without the metal slide. |

It'll help with durability, but the slide may still have durability issues with propane.

I've got a pair and have run around 10 mags through one of them with the SD spring kit, stripped it right down a couple of times, usual wear on a gbb, not much else I can see.
Should have the metal slide kit on in a couple of weeks, will get back to you when its been installed.

so ordering metal pistol slides and barrel's from the US and other countries is ok? it was my understanding is that anything resembling a firearm part was a no no. i only ask because i myself am in the market for a metal USP .45 slide.

I ordered an SD metal slide and outer barrel for my TM Glock 17 from Redwolf and received it.
