Customs question.

Is this illegal to bring in to Canada?

Technically no, it's not a receiver part. Handguard and gas tube aren't prohibited items.

It's real steel though so if you're using it for airsoft make sure it's compatible.

You might have issues with the Americans not letting you export firearm parts.
