TM Sig 552 Foregrip

When I first took a Sig in my hands, I felt that the foregrip was a bit fragile.
Isearched on the net to find a replacement foregrip, wih would be more solid but couldn't find any. I just want to know if any of you guys has ever seen or heard about a more solid replacement foregrip for te Sig 552.

Thanks

Saru

R.A.T.M, Wild Bear/Saru is looking for a foregrip replacement. The Hurricane Metal body doesn't (according to the picture) provide a replacement for the foregrip, which is the darker part at the front of the gun (with holes in it) on the picture below:

Do beleive you can install an RIS/RAS type foregrip on the Sig 552.

If I recall correctly, JUN on these forum's had one for sale, and also on his Sig 552 before. It was a real steel part tho.

The Sig552 handguards form Carrot are for the 550/551 I don't know if they will even work for the 552. From what I have seen fromt he pics available the handguard ring is different and some other parts on the handguard are either slightly different or not on it.

Good luck trying to get the B&T 552 RAS on it will most likely take some extensive cutting to get it to fit snug. I don't think Jun actually got the RAS on.

Actaully when I still had my SG552, I was going to buy a real steel Swiss arms RAS from poonstar, he said that it didn't need any mod's to fit. And the batteries will still fit inside as well. The SG 552 handgaurds are very solid, so long as you do not break the little square tabs on the inside, if you do they will not close properly with a battery.
