AK selector issue
Hi folks,
I just rebuilt a V3 gearbox and AK-47 and she's shooting just fine except for one issue. From safe, if I switch to semi, it shoots full auto. To engage semi, I have to switch back up to full auto and then back down to semi. I've tried replacing the selector plate, the trigger sled assembly, the cut off lever and different placements with the selector gears, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Can anybody help please? I have no idea why semi won't engage from safe. Thanks |

BANANA problem solved, turned out to be the selector "nut" that was worn down.

Common issue.
If you want it fixed for good, get a LCT selector plate (comes attached to a steel transfer thingy), and mechbox selector/gear plate. Did that in my CYMA and never had issues ever again.
