Putting PDI upgrades into a TSD is asking for trouble -- IIRC the magazines aren't even 100% TM compatable.

I've done many many of these clones and turned them into absolute monster snipers - the buyairsoft ones are either a JG Bar-10 or TSD MB03 or MB05 i forget which it is now - both rifles have proven to be compatible with Laylax internals but i have had some trouble with PDI parts and to be honest I hate the PDI stuff anyway. Basically they need aftermarket machining as they require EXACT TM tolerances but the laylax seems to be immune to that problem. if u need more detailed info on what needs machining then just gimmi a PM - the 3 rifles I've done with PDI parts have needed the exact same mods t the receiver and trigger assy so i can give u some advice but with a clone u never know so just try it first and when u hit problems - ask for solutions

Installing a replacement trigger is dead simple...it's just two screws. Getting it setup at the right height to engage the piston nicely....might take some filing depending on your receiver.

If you look really closely at the back rim (where it catches the sear) of stock vs. upgraded piston bodies you'll see some are tapered whereas some are perpendicular.

The sear in the stock setup works such that the sear engages the piston body with a ramped/angled surface.

With much of the aftermarket stuff the sear catches it flat (sorry, that's a poor description). In some pics of replacement setups you can see the difference.

So...you need to match your piston body to your sear.
