best sling on www.airsoftparts.ca

I want to order from airsoftparts.ca for 2 reasons. first I have a coupon because canadapost screwed up on my last order there, Duy got the shipping refunded, and so he game me a coupon for that. second I loved the service, the order was processed super fast, and if it hasen't been for CP's screw up, I would have gotten my order very quicly... which is exactly what I need, since I have a game in 2 weeks and need the sling for the game.

Now I want it to be 1 point. I would have loved to get a MS2... but sadly its back order and Duy can't give me an ETA on its availability.

so out of the other ones he sells, which one should I get? I want the sling to be confortable and easy to transition to weak arm. note that I know little about those things, as it will be my first sling, so I really need your help! thanks!

I say, wait for the MS2, the PTS is awesome. I heard it's even more comfortable than the real one.

you don't specify what type of rifle?
long or short?
do you want to attach the single point to your rig's d-ring?

since I don't know what your specifics are, get the 1 point bungee sling.

http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...b16165b3201d73

I use the KA version but it's essentially the same but better since it's got a loose end which makes it easier to tighten and loosen. The KA is a complete loop.

OR, wait for the MS2.

mhh right I should give more info.

the rifle: a G&P M4 Spec Ops:

a 2 point or 3 points would be useless as I don't have an attachment on the front right now. I might get a rail attachment someday, but anyway from the vids I've seen, I prefer 1 points anyway.

You don't see it wee on that pic, the sling actually attaches to the back of the lower receiver, not on the stock. and no I dont want to atach it to a D ring, I want a regular one with the sling aroung the body I guess. well... I don'T know... how comfortable is a normal sling with a tactical vest?

Ideally, like I posted here a couple months ago (I just remembered I posted a similar question before) I'd like to have EXACTLY the same setup as this: YouTube- URBAN-SENTRY One Point Right Hand Demonstration.

however, we are not talking about a 30 bucks system... we're talking about a 45US$ sling with additionnal adaptaters and goodies... that would cost near a hundred CAN$ with shipping... My current budget won't allow me to spend 100$ on a damn sling. lol. but then I'd consider a more basic one, leave the MS2 away and just get a basic (but not too cheapo either) one, and eventually upgrade to the one in the video, when I won't be poor anymore. lol

Viking 2 is really good for 2 point.
MS2 is good for transitioning, releasing, 2 point to 1, 1 point to 2.

Bungee slings are HORRIBLE for controlling your gun. Especially bad with heavy rifles, just droops down and has no support.

Meh. Your opinion. It seems to work for plenty of people who actually use them.

Yup, I like my one point bungee sling. I'd suggest one.

What my question is, does the element of surprise work on a typical airsoft match?

Crap bungee slings are horrible... a quality sling with proper tension can make all the difference between fatigue and fresh in a long day.

don't buy replica gear ... it looks like the real thing.. but does not function like it. The problem is when you don't know the difference.

If all you buy is crap repligear... you will never experience quality

nice rifle I didnt know wgc ships in canada exact same one i would have bought. Id say try different slings first. Personally I like 3 point slings since im lazy. Bungee would look good with that rifle specially if you have a ciras to go with it.

= Good solution?

Although Airsoftparts.ca has the KA rail sling adapter on "preorder" if you really wanted to go that route.

They don't. He was just using the pic from WGC as a reference. (If I'm wrong, tell me)
