KSC or KWA Glock 19 for collecting

I'm wanting to purchase a Glock 19 not for the skirmishing but for collecting. So I would want a Glock that would look as authentic to the real one as possible. Which one would you suggest, KWA or KSC Glock 19 that would "look" the best and just maybe feel the best in my hands. If I was to get the KSC, I would probably install a metal slide. Thanks. And i'm sorry if this question was asked a trillion times cause I just can't decide and its been a year and a half since i was eyeballing a Glock. Sorry. And thanks.

KSC G19s have a HW frame (metal mixed plastic content) to give a very good feel. afterwards, get a G&G or Shooters design metal slide/barrel set for the most realism. however due to legal issues the Glocks KSC makes don't have trades on the frame which takes away realism. ( i added a Hogue grip on mine).

another gun you should look at is the TM G17 3rd gen.

Yeah I thought about getting the KSC one cause it has HW and a lot of reviews said it felt good too. The TM glock is great (and a little expensive) but I like the size of the Glock 19 better. Is there anybody who owned both versions KSC and KWA and tell me which one they prefer? Thanks

The G&G metal slide is crap, feels like lightweight cheap pot metal and doesn't even cycle properly unless you file it down in strategic areas first. I've dealt with two of them so far and neither of them can shoot a full mag without jamming up. Not sure who makes the milled aluminum slide, I have one that I got on a used KSC G19, but it's pretty sweet, solid and heavy. And the trades are decent as well.

I was just about to ask about the G&G metal slide, Well that just kinda answered that question. Which metal slide would be good then? I heard about the TW and the shooter design but that is way above my budget, at WGC shop is even more expensive than the glock itself. G&G seems to have the best deal.

The danger lies in the person, not the gun.

EDIT: I'm sorry, after posting this I realized this had no valuable contribution.

Well if its the feel and look you are going for i'd suggest a full metal, some guys may suggest you go for a TM or similar and then put after market parts (slide etc) on, its really up to you and which model you find will do justice to what you want.

Anyway, just my 2c

the TW slides aren't bad. have one for my USP i use for gaming, good quality and hasn't locked up on me once. of course it doesn't hold a candle to my SD milled aluminum kit, but that's comparing apples to oranges i suppose. the only real turn off (to me anyways) is the non-engraved trademarks on the TW.

I thought the TW metal slide were manufactured with full trademarks already engraved in them. Do you know which manufacturer of metal slides would have engraved trademarks on them? Thanks
