G&G Gearbox Recall.

I was just perusing Arnies Airsoft and found out that Guay & Guay is releasing a new gearbox to replace the older GR16 series gearbox's. Apparently the new ones are TM compatible and free through local distributors. Anyone else have any news on this? What's the likely hood of the new gearbox's making their way to Canada?

Seems like G&G is going to great lengths, and cost to satisfy their customers... argh, and I had my mind set on a ICS... or G&P, but they're a bit hot for my liking.

hot is ok. it can always be de-tuned and it will be more reliable that trying "hop it up" as they say.

Hot isn't always okay.

I got the G&P M4 and it shoots 380fps +-10.

Sure it's fast, but I don't really like it. I've noticed a few people I hit get pretty hurt/mad.

I'm getting a tm stock spring put into it, not worth the trouble.

yes, but with de-tuning and the great parts inside, that gun should last forever (almost).
