Gsg 522 ris
Has anyone had any experience with this AEG before? I am looking to purchase one and was wondering if there are any known issues to be aware of.

I haven't used the plain GSG 522, but I have a PK. Here is the link to the review.

I’ve got one as a backup gun. It performs pretty well straight out of the box and had a solid weight. Main complaint is that installing the battery is VERY finicky.
Second smaller complaint is that while most fields the FPS was measured below 400 FPS (usual 390-395) at Nightfall 1 is was registering just past the comfort zone (408-0410). Depending on the field, say a CQC location with a 350 FPS limit you may need to crank it down. Otherwise, loving it.
