KA Fal Mags would not fit a CA, different latch and different size if you put a CA and a KA side by side comparison you'll notice the difference and to mod it is just a pain in the ass
So far my KA FAL has never failed me it's shooting like laser compared to the CA version where seal issue in the cylinder fluctuate the fps quite a bit (they may have fixed the issue on later models) the bolt catch release function on the CA is obviously cooler but the as far as construction and reliaility the KA version takes the win

Nope, different size and latch to lock it in place

Well not necessarily. If the latch on the KA is too big for the notch on the CA, the CA's smaller ones could theoretically fit. At least, that's how I was looking at it.

It's actually the other way around and the KA notch is in a different location than the CA version, hence the functional boltcatch on the CA
