6.01 Ult. Barrel

I am looking at buying a tightbore barrel and found a Madbull 6.01 mm. Is that too tight? I've never seen one that tight before.

No.

It just means that you'll have to clean your barrel good after a game ( if you dont already ), make sure your magazine magwell is clean when you're going to jam that into your hopup and stick to using some high quality bb so it does not jam in the barrel because of deformation.

The rest works exactly the same way except you'll have around 10fps more at the chrony so if you're on the limit, you have to consider that.

That said, I dont recall Madbull purposly advertising things they sell that dont work...

There are tonnes of companies that make 6.01's.

IMO you're better off with a quality 6.03 that's as true as possible. Personally I use a Guarder 6.02 with no problems but if they weren't so expensive I'd get a Prommy 6.03.

All else being equal, I've found the 6.01 to be LESS accurate (read: consistent) than a 6.03 barrel.

I've always felt that 6.05-6.03 produces the best accuracy, while 6.01 is mainly for the FPS boost

I can't believe people aren't all over this making jokes. It is all I can think of while reading the other replies.
