Yeah, sleeping in your clothing is a big mistake that a LOT of people make. If you are dead set on sleeping in cloths though, at least shed down to one fresh set of next to skin clothing and get in an appropriate sleeping bag. GET OFF THE GROUND. The ground will suck the heat out of your body extremely fast. Use an air/foam mattress and get a good insulator between you and the ground.

Taking frequent breaks during the game to ensure you are properly hydrated and nourished is very important.

Have some kids. You don't seem to realize what rested is, and you never really have to sleep anymore. It's a great milsim training tool.
