WE G39 Mag leak lube fix...?

Hi guys,

I read some mags are leaky out of the box. Even on the RA tech website, it says some mags are leaky, and you need to "lube" them to "fix" it....? There are some reviews of the WE G39 with mention of lubing the mag fixing the leak as well.

How does one fix a leak by lubing this mag....? Does anyone know? Just putting it out there.

2-3 drops of silicone oil on the fill valve, gas it with propane, fire the mag... Profit. This is usually how the WE rifle mags go if you get a leaky one out of the box.

another way is to disassemble the mag and greasing all the o-rings. This is a much better way of fixing it but you do need to know how to disassemble it.

Hit then with Silly oil before you resort to pulling them apart

best way to Lube is to get one of the AI gas chargers .. put silly oil in the Charger, seal. fill with propane and then charge your mags.

No I don't know what I am doing lol... I'll try to lube it and fire it see what happens... If no go I'll exchange it with another.

most mags may leak when received from the factory dus to the fact that they have to be shipped dry and without gas
