I went for an Ahmed Shah Masoud second hand man kind of getup, worked pretty well.

Kokanee, ain't no way I am travelling 5 hours for a game unless the ride is paid for I will wait until one of the Russian teams hosts a Soviet-Afghan type milsim game, thats intentionally what I kitted up for (I have a full Soviet Afghanka loadout too, can play both sides).

Also whats missing is a tribal 'Khyber' AK sling with beads and gems on it, should look really authentic then.

Kos, let me know what handguard you want, I can get the real steel version for you, you'll have to mod it to fit.

Royal? Mujahideen Fighter.. never heard the Royal there before.

Also, isn't a modern day Mujahideen fighter Al Qaeda/Taliban?

Nice kit though, should get some man jammies for it aswell

Mujahideen are vehemently against the Taliban/Al Qaeda, they are the REAL freedom fighters of Afghanistan, I think you might be confusing the other Mujahideen in Iraq that may or may not be alligned with suicide bombings and other attacks in Iraq.

Ahmed Shah Massoud was killed by an Al Qaeda operative 2 days before 9/11 because of the threat he posed to the Taliban regime which took over in 1996. Afghan Mujahideen was also supported by the US during the Soviet invasion.

And by Royal I mean in the valleys of Afghanistan there are certain tribal leaders that wear funky looking tribal vests, I just made up Royal because of the bling the vest adds
