Question G&G UMG Questions

I am considering the G&G UMG, from mach 1 airsoft, but I can't seem to get a solid answer to my question: "What are the EXACT dimensions of the battery chamber?". I have 2 Tenergy 8.4v 4500 mAh batteries that I spent $75.00 on. They were originally for my AK 47, but I want to be able to swap them between guns. Once I get an answer, please don't keep posting, because I haven't figured out how to close posts yet.

You cannot close threads, only mods and up can.

G&G UMP definitely cannot fit large batteries, which is what you have.

I thought AK's took the stick batts though *scratches head*

Unless your referring to the connector?

ANyway I just checked mine and its as follows: 1 1/2" x 3/4" x 8 5/8"

He said AK without any qualifier, so I assume he meant a full stock AK and that he uses large batteries in the brick format. Also, at 4500mah, they couldn't have been in a stick format without being almost a foot long.

Sorry about that. I've got a full-stock Customized Aftermath AK 47. I didn't think that my batteries would fit, just wanted to save a little bit of dough if possible.

Yeah the UMG takes the stick battery. The more guns you get be prepared to purchase gun-specific batteries, mags, accessories, gear, etc....

And sorry Saint I never thought about that.

You need a mini cell stick battery for the G&G UMP. it takes an 8.4 but you can fit a 9.6 if you remove the little door that covers the battery compartment. the stock has a sort of hollow where the extra cell can sit.
