Stocks & Batteries

I am planning on getting the SOCOM gear MK18 sometime soon and I would like to get a new stock for it. Preferably the Magpul stocks. I am not sure which stock to get as of yet, and I really don't want wobble and apparently the stock that comes with the gun is wobbly, so if anyone could point me towards great stocks for that gun that would be awesome. Also, for batteries I am clued out on which to buy for what stocks. I am trying to research but it's hard to find for some reason (probably a thread all about it). Thanks

you could try the magpul ctr stock. It seems to be a pretty good stock from all the reviews I've seen.

Yeah, apparently it's amazing because of the new engineering they did with it. They made it so it doesn't wobble and I don't really want to get it and then everything goes wrong and I can't use it or battery doesn't fit. So, I'm looking for certain answers.

For stocks, especially MagPul stocks, you should choose them based on practicality and aesthetics. Which stock(s) do you like best?

Once you've chosen which you like, see what they can do. All of them retract (duh) but some can store batteries, some have compartments for AA/AAA batteries for your optics, persae, whilst others require you to wire your gun to the front. It all really depends on what you want from a stock and what you want that stock to look like.

well Wobbling can mean alot of things, mainly based on your stock tube a different stock tube might do the trick or a different stock might, if it still wobbles just stick some electric tape along the stock tube

Yeah i am probably going to get a VLTOR IMOD stock and figure what buffer tube I got when i get the gun and get the right stock. I can't remember but is it called Mill spec and Commercial buffer tubes. Anyway you can correct me on that, but I really like that stock (vltor imod).
