40mm Shower Reassembly

Well purchased 2 new BB showers, and they wouldn't work. N00bishly, I opened them up and of course the 8 bearings came out, so now I need to reassemble both BB showers.

I searched and found an old link to airsoft-guides.com, which no longer works.

Anyone have a DIY or guide to get this thing back together?

Yeah, I saw that. Out of stock unfortunately, but shouldn't be too hard to do it without those kits. I just need to know what goes where.

Oh, and I have the 165rd KA shells:

Actualy, the spring and pin go in first, then the bearings. Once you've got then all in, turn the "notch" on the ring away from the holes and it will hold the pin and spring in place alowing you to assemble the rest of the grenade. A thin peice of card stock, cut to size and taped in a ring will do the job just fine. Just cut the same notch in it that you see in the pic.

Has worked for me in a pinch. Let me know if you need any of those bearings, I've got about 500 of 'em.

Good luck,

Got it all reassembled. Took about 10 minutes, but was pretty frustrating
