Question Den Trinity Guarantees against Customs Seizures?

This sounds too good to be true, and as such I'm confused. Anyone know the story here?

That's probably for the States, with the 'orange tip and no trademarks' rule... other countries like us don't really apply.

It doesn't apply to countries where airsoft is illegal, and they include Canada on that list. I tried ordering some parts from them once, benign stuff like a front strap for my MAC and some rubber. They sent me a generic form e-mail telling me they wouldn't ship guns to Canada until I signed some forms or whatnot. I was irritated they didn't even bother reading my order so I cancelled it.

Their website sucks, too.

See that little star after the "against customs seizure ro money back". That means there is fine print related to that guarantee.

Here's the fine print....

Quote:
Orders will be accepted only if the Customs Authority in your country allows the importation of airsoft. For countries or some US states where airsoft importation is prohibited, Guaranteed delivery does not apply. Please do check with your local customs office. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We always comply with the customs regulations. Thus, we have not had any single parcel seized by the Customs. Your money is treated as important as ours so we will take good care of your parcel. Upon request, we offer free trademark removal and muzzle painting to conform to the Customs.
