Where to buy Sorbo pads?

Anybody knows where to buy sorbo pads compatible with systema silent cylinder head? (red concave-shaped piston head)

I wouldn't add the sorbo to the piston head due to its shape. I'd add it to the butt of the cylinder head instead and make sure the sorbo you buy has a hole in the center to allow airflow.

Buy one of these and drill a hole. http://www.airsoftparts.ca/store2/in...oducts_id=1319

I found one that doesn't need to be drilled. The only reason I suggested drilling or cutting a circle in the thing is to give it flex room. Here is a link to a sorbo pad that sticks to the cylinder head.

The hole seems to be quite small and cylinder head has a different shape...

Just out of curiosity...doesn't the Sorbo material flatten out over use...which would throw off your angle of engagement of the sector gear and your piston?

I know i had tried the MASK Sorbo variety and had to rebuild the Mechbox after the sorbo failed.

I am just trying to decide whether to try it again, but am concerned that if it does crush that I will have the same problems with engagement.

the new sorbos with a rubber pad would require you to shortstroke your piston anyways, so it doesn't.
as for the old ones, it shouldn't flatten that much, so I don't think it is that big of an issue.

a new version sorbo piston and cylinder head combo is much quieter than a systema silent set.

Sorbo pads are not compatible with systema silent and any other conical cylinder head.
