Kriss KARD

Not really an Airsoft Gun but I thought it deserved a shoutout.

Has anyone heard of the Kriss KARD? It's Kriss' new pistol that's meant to reduce recoil like their Vector, but in a pistol package.

Personally I think it looks like a slab of butter with a trigger but it's some pretty cool technology in there apparently.

I didn't think there was a way to make a glock look worse, but they did. That's all it looks like, a glock with some cheap plastic pieces glued to it and a crappy paint job.

Yes the technology is cool.

My sole criteria for a pistol has taught me to not care what it looks like, as long as it works.
If that pistol makes it over to airsoft, which it should since it's unique and super l33t, if it works reliably, and happens to negate muzzle climb in a pistol, I'll run it

But really, who the fuck cares what the pistol looks like if it fires .45ACP with the accuracy of a shouldered SMG?

Put that into a G18, and you've got yourself a full auto-beast. Pretty badass!

The largest variable or worst part of accuracy in a pistol is still the user. Negating some recoil is only going to help follow up shots somewhat.

This, I can shoot the same pistol accuratly to 130 feet that the next guy can't at 30 feet.

Absolutely, won't argue that.
But follow up shots can be just as important as your first shot. And I think you underestimate just how big of a difference having minimal recoil makes.

The UMP fires deadly accurate .45ACP same as the vector, and it's recoil is a straight line back to your shoulder. The two guns are just as accurate in semi, but the UMP less so in full auto.
Most frightening thing about the vector is it effectively reduces the recoil by a whopping 60% directly compared against the UMP. Which means you don't have to worry about things like bracing, or your footing, or worrying a burst a full auto shot to your left will tip you over. The M1A1 fires those super scary .45ACP rounds too, but you're only ever worried about the first round from it since it sprays like a walmart M4 on .12s.
Tight ass accurate groupings of .45ACP at any range is damn scary.

As far as airsoft goes, NBB pistols are lame, but you can't tell me they're not easier to shoot lol
Big question is, if KWA makes it, how reliable will it be?

I actually find them harder to shoot because of the much heavier trigger pull.

We all know the only NBB worth mentioning is the Tokyo Marui MK23. It lacks the personality and realism of modern GBB guns, but its silence coupled with the fact it'll outshoot most out-of-the-box AEGs keeps it popular. Performance and reliability are the two most important dynamics with any gun, but realism and functionality are definitely up there.

so lets all just strap a concreate filed.flashlight to the bottom of.our railed frame pistols, same effect no?
kinda cool lookin, buy thats prolly cause i have a thing for fugly guns.
id say utilize the space in the front for a light and/or lazer or maybe a tazer, lest then itll look fugly for a reason.
also id like to suggest they likely could have just used some heavy ass mats in the recoil spring guide and front of the frame to weight the front without having to shove a cinder block in there
