You can go to Home Depot and buy a peg board and have them cut it for you to your desired dimension.

The above pictures are rather cruel examples of what I am dreaming of. I am actually looking for a little more metallic, contemporary and tactical looking wall hanger.

Go to a metal shop and get them to cut you a 4'X5' piece of 1/16th-1/32nd aluminum. Screw that to a pegboard, then tap holes where appropriate.

I use these tracks from Walmart, the actual hangers are rubber coated and do not mark your precious items. They are plastic, though so if you need metal then this isn't for you.

How about a little game of "Spot the real steel".

I think there's like craftsman wall kits that are like metal pegboards for the garage workshop

I'm guessing the one with the magwell locked shut? You can't legally keep guns on a rack in Canada though, can you?

Home Depot sells them for about $1.80 each.

I was under the impression that they were stricter. Maybe it's just in Toronto that everything has to be locked up in a safe, within a safe, within a safe, under your bed, beneath the floorboards, with a laser protection system and extra locks that you aren't allowed to know the combinations to?

You win the "spot the RS" 1st prize. Take a deep breath....did you enjoy it. You won that air.

Anyway, that is a non-restricted weapon legally on display. The ammunition is kept in a separate room and the action is locked. Even if it were a restricted weapon it could be displayed on my wall, all I have to do is include a structural fixture in my action lock. (A ring bolt or 2 screwed deep into the beam then cable locked to the action lock is a legal display for a restricted weapon.)

Damn that was some good air. Ah, I wasn't aware that there were special laws that can be met regarding displaying weapons. That's cool.
