Myself, I'm more interested to see if this is gamable as in under 400fps.
Do you had time to check what is the lowest fps you can do with that nozzle?

Again a big thanks for the time you spent doing theses tests.

Sorry of my post appeared to be ordering you or rude... That was not my intention
English is not my primary language.

I want to buy 2 of them but from the Ra-tech videos, even with the Npas they seem to shoot above 400fps.

I was just hoping not to dish out 200$ for something i could not play with

I dialed the NPAS to a lower setting, but not the lowest with 0.2g bb and CO2. The reason why im using CO2 is because its a customer's request..Here are my values:

367.7
383.3
362.7
300.4
311.7
349.2
382.5
319.6
330.7
362.7
307.1
278.9
366.4
351
369.2
317.8
351.2

Using 0.2g bb and propane, here are my values:

368.8
335
368.6
328.1
359.6
365.6
354.2
373.6
374.3
369.3
341.9
317
350.8
337.4

As you can see, propane seems to give more consistent values than CO2

Thanks for posting up your tests, Turok.

Did you notice any other differences due to the heavier bolt/nozzle? (change in RoF/cycling speed, felt recoil, etc)

Not really, everything else seems to be the same. Im gonna do a bit more testing with the bolt, perhaps put it in another one of my guns and see what the FPS is. But now we know that it is gameable.

If it can deliver those numbers on CO2, dailing it down to legal field limits, while running propane, will be a snap. It looks like this is going to work fine.

What temperature was the lower setting?
If it was indoor Im guess 20-24C? That setting w/ propane playing at 30C weather will still shoot too hot.

Was your propane test using my gun as well? I'm curious about the cause of the CO2 fluctuation.

Indoors, room temperature...The NPAS wasn't dialled completely down so I know the FPS can go further down. I think the lowest I got for 300fps. When I tried the NPAS all the way down, the bolt still cycles but nothing shoots out. Either there is too low gas to chamber/fire each round or there is just something wrong with the customer's gun. It could of been has nozzle guides because they were severely worn out. I have 4 more nozzles inbound, so I will try to dial the NPAS all the way down and test them in my guns. Alternatively, Im going to install the old NPAS in the new nozzle to see the results..

More RA-Tech WE M4 aluminum nozzles have arrived. Im a bit disappointed, the finish on the second batch isn't as nice as the first batch since the exterior finish isn't as fine and smooth. I definitely noticed a difference at first glance

RA-Tech STEEL nozzle guides for the aluminum nozzle. These look really great based on first impression, it can certainly withstand much better than the stock plastic guides

RA-Tech M14 full steel trigger set

RA-Tech M4 steel bolt, version 2 on the left, version 3 on the right. They actually took the time to paint it grey this time for Version 3, whereas the version 2 is pretty much a version 1 with the rounded edge to prevent the hammer from jamming on the bolt

RA-Tech AK Dynamic Spring

RA-Tech Recoil Buffer Kit

How was the fit for the nozzle guide on the side?

I just got my nozzle (part of the complete bolt kit), and the nozzle guide on the side just falls out when handling the bolt carrier. I had to swap in a plastic one from my stock bolt carrier.
