M203 questions?

So i have four different shells three of them are the same. Problem is all have the same leak at the same spot and I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Two of them always leaked from the get go and the other two i have only used a few time but now when i was testing them they all are leaking. The leak is coming out the top around the outside of the pin.

Is it possible they are missing a o-ring? The small o-ring in the pic is what I tried to stop the leak but it did not fit. I have never seen an o-ring on the top gas pin like some magazines...do they need that? Or is it possible I'm not setting them correctly?

When i reload them I:

-Place the firing pin in the bottom
-Place the spring
-Make sure all bearings are in and greased (dielectric silicone grease)
-Place the head in the valve in the gas chamber
-Screw it shut
-Fill with gas

I have checked the other o-rings and they all look to be in good shape, no cracks or breaks.

Any expert help with these would be great. I got it last year but have never used it in game and would like to start this coming season. Attached are some pics. Thanks in advance.

If the fill nozzle is leaking it has nothing to do with how you put the nades together.
Try buying new fill nozzles?

Hey Griffen, I just got a nice bag of fill valves from KJ. You can buy one if you want, see if it fixes it.

I'm currently in the same boat. New fill valves, I've soaked the O-Rings, Teflon taped/ greased everything... They leak within a minute.

I received them this way, so i'm not sure if this is a common problem with POM shells...Let me know if anyone has any advice.

I am fairly sure all four of my shells are KA, but the valves look just like the MB ones. Do you know if they are compatible with all?

The Hi-Capa ones are also the same..or so they seem?

Cannot say for sure, but give them a try. The KJ one have fit in KJ, POM, KSC/KWA so far, so theres a chance they'll fit.

Ask Jugglez. He has the madbull fill valves.

All fill valves that I have seen, always have a small oring. The one you have in the last picture looks a little big.
