Aslong as it is concealed and not in any visible view in anyway during transportation then your good.

I used to use a tennis bag however I found my silencer on my P90 would screw off loose, so I got an actual gun case from Canadian tire for it.

Why would it be illegal? If there is no answer than obviously there is no problem.

You still don't wanna give the appearance telling people I'm a gun guy and I'm carrying a gun. I use a duffel bag, backpack or a nylon long bag and say I'm carrying hiking equipment.

The dimensions of the P90 will mean that it will not fit in a violin or viola case. A cello case maybe with room for extras if you remove the inner lining and maybe laser cut some foam for the mags and stuff.

I just bought a $20 gun case from Canadian Tire. Does it's job well. I'm thinking if you really want to use subterfuge in transporting stuff like that. Then stuff it into an electric keyboard case (and with a carrying sleeve if you have one).

ie. This: http://www.drumza.com/images/SKB4214WKeyboardCase.jpg

plus this: http://www.uniquesquared.com/eBayImg...case_thumb.jpg

The keyboard case will definitely have enough room and you can fit your mags and extras in it as well. Not only that, with the outer shell/carrying bag people will just assume you're off to jam somewhere or something.

lol, act of terrorism.

Airsoft is not a real firearm. THOUGH YOU SHOULD TREAT IT LIKE IT IS.

Legally speaking, in Canada, there is no law on safe transport of an airsoft gun (that I know of, or have heard anything remotely mentioned in three years in the sport) other than it must be kept out of sight (and not on your person, ie, pocket/holstered/under a jacket).

Common sense, on the other hand, dictates that it should not be loaded, in a case which is secure, and possibly with a trigger and or case lock deter theft.

EDIT/ NOTE: Some public transportation have their own bylaws which do include airsoft/paintball and real firearms, and they generally state not to carry them at all on their service, for fear of fine and or arrest.

I would imagine a guitar case would work nicely. There are 30$ soft guitar cases at some music stores.
