Getting into Ak's~ Need some info

hey guys. I'm thinking of building an ak but i'm not sure what parts are compatible. I need some help :P

So i was looking to getting an AK 104 or ak105 and possible changing it to something like this:

I'm currently looking at the following parts:

What ak body would this stock tube fit on?

I'm not sure if these will fit a cyma/kalash steel ak104/105. And unfortunately these parts are only available at ebairsoft. I haven't been able to find these parts anywhere else. If anyone knows any other place please tell me~

Please....no ak purist comments. Just some assistance would be great. Thanks for reading.

You'll need a stock adapter then you can put like any armalite stock.

really? I heard the vltor stock tube fits directly onto a ak variant body. I don't know which one though. ak47, ak74 body?

i believe G&P makes that adaptor. you probably need a tactical ak metal body. somebody's selling one in classifieds.

Cool. Could you link me to it? I see tons of ak metal bodies i don't know which one is which.

Romeo_Sierra is selling a VFC AIMS PMC, which in my opinion is much better all round, and wont give you much of a headache running around for parts -hell, it'll probably cost less in the end too.

But, if you're dead-set on that project, I'd suggest forgoing the railed upper handguard, and get a railed gas-tube. Looks better, and you can still see your irons through your holo, or RDS.

Oh yea, i remember seeing that way back. But its $999~

. Plus i like the shorter length type aks. :P

That is my advice.

I am building an AK104 and have the frontsight and flashhider on it's way from ebairsoft (which was a week slow on the shipping and not helpful when I e-mailed them) as that was the only place I could find such an item.

I'm not gonna changing my entire project. Its supposed to be a tactical Ak Proj. I just need some advice on what to start with. I looked at those parts at ebaybanned. I'm not sure i want to order off them. They kinda suck.

Ebaybanned is absolutely fine - lately they are taking a bit to ship, but that's all.

Don't start with a G&G, their guns are not 100% TM compatible.

If I were you, I'd start with a TM since you're going to have to get the metal body anyways... That way you're also guaranteed 100% perfect fitment

yea..... Dam customs...Hm... but the TM's are quite expensive..

not that expensive, if you look at the classified they sell around $350-500
