Flak jacks made by arena, I think. Cheapest ansi Z87 rated goggles I've seen.

I have spent somewhere in the range of $500.00 on goggles testing out a couple kinds to find what suits me best.

I only use fully sealed ballistic rated goggles.

I will NEVER use mesh goggles. i would rather spend the extra money now then get a shattered bb in my eyes and be blind for the rest of my life

Deset Lotuses all the way. Vermilion lenses in them and they are deadly. Proven to take a shot gun blast at close range and not penetrate. I got the fan version and never have fogging issues.

On a side note OMG pus where the crap did you come from? Havn't seen that name in ages.

Ive used both and have never had a fragment problem. if you use a smooth mesh instead of a wire mesh you wont have the problems like in the video

you should qualify that with the word Yet.

Mesh does not keep out fragments, so .. if there are fragments flying around, they will not stop them.

There are many many ways in which to be exposed to flying fragments in a Airsoft Context.

Full seal, Ballistic rated is the best protection. Anything else WILL increase your risk for injury. Your Eyes Your Choice.

Respect your eyes, ditch the mesh. Lots of excellent goggles out there.

I've run ESS Profile NVG's now for a few years and love them. Bit pricey to start with (about $100 new) but great ventilation and full seal protection. Replacement lenses can be purchased for $22 from CPGear.ca.

I'm always eating BB shrapnel from rounds that hit my mask at close range... If that were my eyes I would be in real trouble.

Fogging doesn't have to be a problem only mesh will solve = Revision desert locust with duel pane thermal lens keeps me fog free. Best combo I have come across.

Personally I think you're crazy to trust your vision to mesh goggles but maybe that's just me.

If you feel that mesh is safe and you can afford to lose one eye or both, your choice.

After watching every video that all shows shars from a broken bb passing through and you still believe it won't happen to you, then go wear mesh.

I don't need a video or someone to tell me not to wear mesh. Common sense not to wear mesh.

The indoor arena in Winnipeg uses only mesh goggles and they haven't had a fragmentation problem....ever.
So although it IS possible (more-so outdoors since everyone uses different ammo), it's highly unlikely
But that being said, highly unlikely is still possible, and you just don't put a 1% chance on your EYES.
