ARMS Magazine - Feburary 2008

Well this is the 20th anniversary of ARMS magazine having been around. How's that for a good round number? Good for them, and good for us for being able to see it, even if it requires someone scanning it in for you!

I should also mention that I have only about 1/2 of the interesting stuff scanned. The rest I'll do sometime this weekend.

Oooh.. a little pricey (close to $810) but a WWII rifle that the Japanese used

Ooooooooooh!!!! M712 Carbine! 8mm no less!

Check that at the top, a half-decent PEQII. However it's still only using a single L.E.D. so I'm not sure just how well it will work. The good news is that you can switch between the red laser, LED or have both on at the same time PLUS it comes with a pressure switch.

And for those of you who say there is no upgradability to AEP's... well here we have one, the MAC10 AEP variant with TONS of new upgrades!!!

Woops... if you disregard the fact that this is upside-down, you'll see a couple nice machine guns, the AK PKM for just under $1000 CDN and the FN M240B for just about $2,100

Even the PTW's are making headlines.

oooh so many nice AK variants (ShinJin... don't comment on this... let them dream)

I'm still not an AK kinda guy...

Oh yea... I was going to tie this one together.. oops.

More discombobulating of an the new(ish) AK.

For you purists who say "Never add anything onto an AK!" .... look away.

I still think that VZ58v is fucking butt-ugly.

HERE COME THE GAIJIN!!!!! (Foreigner)

I really think the editors need to get some white guys that DON'T look like they carry a purse.

In the blue-beret, his double-chin looks almost as nasty as mine.. what the hell?

Assuming it's properly powered, it'll work very well. It doesn't have just any old and weak 5mm LED in it, it's got a CREE LED.

The M1866 is so beautiful...

I have no idea what a CREE LED is other than my ancestors should be getting some royalties for the name alone.

I wonder if that girl in the Cav hat is holding the Marushin gas carbine or the KTW spring carbine. I've always wanted the KTW one.
