What kind of Gasblock would fit under a Mk18 rail set?

A larue low profile gas block should fit if Im not mistaken. It fits the noveske rails for sure. Let me know if you need one.

Strelok using Magpul?! Dude, did someone steal your gun and put that shit on there?.

Now that the paint has dried here is my WE M4 CQBR transformed into a CANSOF C8 CQBR and carbine length. If anyone is wondering if you can't find a sponge to cut up, your girlfriends bath puff works just fine Unfortunately the brown I mixed up dried lighter then expected and the dark OD green dried almost black, so might hit it again later. Before anyone says wheres the Car stock--- I don't like the way it shoulders with my CIRAS so I am calling operator's choice and running with the LE stock whith my ghetto "field mod" cheek rest, which makes running with my tactical beard much more comfortable.

Looks nice.

CANSOF runs VLTOR Enhanced Carbine stocks on their C8s, as well as the M4/CAR Fiberlite Stock. That may be an option if you are looking for a more accurate build.

I was just looking at the CAA stock saddle turns the LE stock into a crane stock without actually having to buy a whole new stock. But for now I like the current set up, but the joys of the M4 platform you can switch it up at a whim lol.

The Vltor low profile fits perfect under the Mk 18 DD rail, that is what I used for my Mk 18 build. I used the set screw model, I am not sure about the clamp on version.

Here's a question to any AFG2 users here: I'm looking at picking one up for my M4, do they mount to a MOE handguard via the MVG-style screw and nut deal, or is a rail required?

A rail is needed to mount it. (Grip is 4 5/8 inches long)
