To those with RS Type 56's

How hard would it be to mod a Type 56 by Real Sword into the following using the mods in this post?

Would any cutting/drilling be needed for say.... something like a motor in the grip or batteries in the stock?

Edit: I am also quite fond of the looks of the front hand guard. Is there any way to attach a grip there without having to use a RIS rail?

Also, do any of you know of a top rail that has an even lower profile? Type 56 doesn't accept scope mounts that attach to the side so its going to be a real PITA

Real Sword are real steel spec. So most airsoft parts will need some sanding and grinding. It wasn't very hard to find any of it. Google is your friend.

You have issued me a challenge and I accept. Their is a way to get side mounted scopes. It is a small part that attaches to the receiver. You can then order any of those scopes or rail adapters that you want. Keep in mind that they are all real steel parts, you AK will look dreamy when it is done.

Spoon feeding done, and I'm out.

strongly recommend you NOT to ruin your RS type 56 into this kinda shit, original flavor AK is king, and it's how it different from the ARs

You will not fit a motor in that stock/handguard combo. It's tiny. Everything else should fit just fine...

Oh yeah, forgot about the motor in the hand grip. I would use the side rail and get a nice scope. Nice looking AK with a scope for longer range, that is perfect. Thats my opinion.

Why Mod a realsword when you can get a JG SVD or just the stock and attach to a standard TM based AK.
