Really hate the look.
Honestly, I've looked into mounting handles on my SCARs just for the convenience. The SSR is a bitch to lug around.

Perfect!

And I wanted the carry handle because this is the backup for my WE-M4 anyway, I fits nicely in my Coyote Backpack, (tee hee hee), with the stock folded and 6 mid caps tuck away quite well in there too.

hi. nice WE by the way. anyways, i was looking into upgrading the inner barrel of mine as well as having the outer barrel extension, but since i am fairly new to airsoft, i still do not know whether my outer barrel thread is clockwise or CCW. can anyone please help? thanks. i'm just pretty confused. But when i put on my flash hider, i turn it clockwise to tighten it up while the gun is facing away from me.

If you get the RA-TECH barrel extension, its already threaded correctly for the SCAR. You can then choose what you want the outer end of the barrel extension to be (CW or CCW) for adding a flashhider or suppressor.

Although I'd like to know about the CW/CCW thing as well. What perspective is commonly used when deciding whether its CW/CCW? I can be looking directly at the muzzle (after clearing chamber/removing magazine) and the flashhider is turned CW to tighten

CW is CW facing the muzzle, you tell twist direction from the end the threads are applied to. So racharoel has a CCW barrel and ap27 has CW.

I will be getting a SSR very shortly, but also like to get a L as well.

Your sig shows you have both.

Are the gear boxes the same for both where both have the longer nozzle?

Does the SSR have more range over the L? I am assuming because of the longer barrel and maybe something internal.

I would hope the SSR has better performance over the L other than the weight.

My first post on AirsoftCanada!

Here's my WE SCAR-L GBBR (with custom bits)

Just added some Magpul selectors and a CAA-UPG16 pistol grip.

Internals include RA-Tech NPAS, AngryGun Super RapidFire buffer, GunsModify steel bolt carrier and aluminum cocker.

With camowrap, cuz' it feels nice.

A closer look at the new pistol grip and selectors.

Looking at barrel extension kits, RA-Tech's vs WE's? Anyone have experience with either?

G&g scar-l

Just saw this thread, so, figured I'd show off one of my babies. Some new and old snaps of my SCAR-L. It has the FN Herschel trades, just really hard to see in most photos. Missing one of the "body pins", but it's only for show, so haven't made a big deal over it. Also missing the fire selector for the right side, but have that side sealed well and even though I'm left handed I prefer just using the left side fire selector.

Me and my rifle in action @ Nightfall. This is when I rocked my Elcan C79 on it. It was pretty cool to watch rounds hit faces at 100 yards through a scope. The holo works very well too though.

Terrible cell pic of my TM Scar, really hoping to get a better camera and some different accessories for another picture but couldn't help myself from posting.
