Hey everyone

I have a quick question...
Should I get a new bucking and a tightbore, and cut the tightbore to the required length.
or
Get the hopup that allows me to use AEG barrels, and get an AEG barrel that fits perfectly without having to cut the tightbore.

I'm really tight on cash and the second option is about $90 more (as I have to order from 2 different websites)

I'm ordering this weekend, so no time to wait for things to get in stock :P

Thanks,
Eldin

Im going to guess Eldin, that the second option includes the PDI Hopup, because that allows for AEG barrels. If so, hands down, the PDI hop-up, with new bucking ( I recommend Firefly) and a Tightbore ( PDI, or prometheus).

Thanks for the advice, here is my order then.
I found everything in stock on one website
Ordering from uncompany.

I noticed that the hopup is Laylax, not PDI, is that a problem?

I'm not too familiar with PSS2, does that chamber allow for AEG barrels?

I thought you were talking PDI

This is the PSS10 chamber, it's designed for the VSR-10, and yes, it does support AEG barrels.

Well there yah go! That setup should be pretty good.

Though, if you have any more questions about VSR's i would suggest PM'ing "Amos" on these boards, he's the VSR expert.

All figured out, ended up going with PDI 554mm and extending my barrel into my silencer.
Hehe, man this 6.01 is accurate!

Here's my mini review...
I've ran it through 4 games so far, absolutely phenomenal consistency and accuracy.
I would have gone with a 6.03, but I use Bioval bb's, which are 5.94mm, so the tolerance ends up being the same when you're shooting 5.96 bb's through a 6.03mm.

The new nine ball bucking works great, twice as effective as the stock bucking at putting both backspin on the bb, and providing a great seal. It's made of great durable rubber, so it looks like it will last a long time.
