MRE's are way better then IMPs. IMPs give you a half a million little packets, all paper in a paper bag. Way too much crap, and when you have to carry your garbage all day in your ruck a gooey shitty bag sucks. MREs are rubberized, and they only give you a few condiments but they are all good (like tabasco sauce) and the food is just straight better. Just my opinion on the food but the packaging is just facts.

I like that idea best. Might keep a few of the early leavers around until the end.

I'm with him... Lunch breaks always sap the momentum... and 1/3 of the players never seem to come back after lunch..

its ok to have a bbq going for a few hours... people can eat when they are dead....

That may still slow down the game. Id just have it at the end. Dont start it until game ends cause once people smell food.. well....

I stay away from IMP's as I eat them when im in the field and thats enough for me. I prefer to eat at the end of the game.

I had MRE's at KS3 and the were great. We fudged the cooker but over all everything was good. Note: Make sure you get a good supplier. Some will sell you outdated MRE's....those can be deadly. I also had no problems with going to the washroom. I would suggest protein bars, and a bag of trail mix (something with salted nuts, most likely peanuts and almonds)

+...what number are we at now?

You lose the momentum you just built up - bring your own and keep the game going.

Theres nothing better than being attacked during lunch and having to put cooking gear away, chow down a can of chunkys in 10 sec and return fire.
