Help Identifying AEG Please

Hello everyone, I acquired this a while back and I've been trying to do some research on it and find a spec sheet but I haven't been able to properly identify it and would appreciate some help. I don't even believe it is a real G&G as I can't find a single logo that resembles the one on this AEG.

Is it a real G&G? where could I find specs? Is it worth putting any money into?

Thank you for any help!

That looks to Me like an earlier version of G&G's Cansoft models. They are not quite as common as they once were. If You open the gearbox up you should notice G&G markings on some of the parts like the tappet plate for instance.
I bought one of those 12 years ago from Velocity Arms , now known as Toronto Airsoft.
Cheers

Awesome, thank you for the reply. I was afraid it was a knock off. You wouldn't happen to know where I could get a spec sheet? or even remember some specs? FPS? compatibility with upgrade/replacement parts, type of gear box etc?

It seems relatively accurate across my backyard which isn't exactly saying much since its only about 20ft, lol. Any idea how it would do in longer distances?

Maybe a model number so i can try to find some specs?

It;s a basic entry level gun. These days if you're planning on upgrading you might as well start out with something better.

They were a cheap and easy workaround to import regulations a couple bigger retail spots came up with. There was a boom that was being choked off by some CBSA hubs. Some folks who were on this site helped construct guidelines that made these obsolete.

These days you can find

I see. Well more then likely I won't put any money into it. It's still worth using until i can get something of a higher quality right? It seems to operate fine aside from the odd jam.

Yeah that's about normal for any AEG. Spend the cash for the best BBs you can find; they'll work better and when you get a better gun they'll run in that too.
