Odin Innovation M12 Sidewinder Speed Loader: Feedback request

Hey guys

Trying to get more user feedback on this thing and wow... barely any mentions of this speed loader here on ASC.

I'm guessing everyone who bought it is either very happy with theirs or barely anyone has it seeing how expensive the damn thing is.

The main reason why I'm asking is because I've read a number of reports along with personal reports of the loader's gear breaking.

This is caused when trying to Top off the final few BBs in your magazine. There is suppose to be a cut off lever to prevent this from happening but it seems that it doesn't necessarily work all the time.

I can't imagine a loader this expensive have this type of problem.

I don't mind dropping the money for a product that works but if there are issues I'd pass.

So what is everyone else experience with the loader?

Hey man, I have owned one for about 2 years and not a problem here, love it. Some m4's mags that are too thick wont fit but 90% of the ones I've tried worked.

Love mine, my buddy has the Gen1 no issues and we've loaded out fair share of m4 mags with the things.

I managed to snag mine for dirt cheap on a special.

As for the gears breaking, if it does happen there are replacement kits out there and Odin themselves are very good to deal with.

I've had mine for two years. Gets passed around among friends (BOOM)... zero issues. Picked mine up on the cheap from AI when they had a deal on them.

I wasn't even aware there were different Generation or even replacement kits. Could you fill me in on more info regarding the changes and where to find these kits?

When I was doing my searching none of this info came up.

Thanks
