Remove orange tip, install new spring
Hi, I just got a JG MOD5, I need to remove the orange tip that covers up the threading, but I am worried about damaging the gun or the threading, how would you suggest removing it safely?
I also need to install an M90 spring in this, how can I do this without risking damage to the gun? |

Check is there is any pin or screw that holds the orange tip in place.
Remove as needed. Then Try to unscrew it using pliers and a heating source. Preferably a heat gun. Boiling water can work but you need to be careful. Or Saw a opening (as stated before) with a Dremel, a small saw or a good knife. Ce careful not to slip and not scratch the gun or hurt you. |

As for the spring install: If you don't know what you're doing, get someone who does to do it.
