Double STANAG = Single G36?

I just need ask for this one, does double STANAG mag pouch fit a single G36? If so how tight/ loose is it? Or is it better to get G36 ones? and finally For Triple STANAG is it equal to a double G36?

A double STANAG pouch will fit a single G36. It won't be tight or loose, just about right, especially if the pouch has elastic.

only thing to look out for is if there is a bit of the material inside the pouches that may create a lip. the tabs on the mags got caught on it for me.

In which case, cut the tabs off Saves so much annoyance.

I agree, my G36 mags go in double M4 pouches, and they fit just fine, but they are a pain in the ass to take in or out cause the tabs always get caught on something. I guess you can either tape over them to make them smooth or just cut them off. Your call.

LMAO +1.

Yea, dual M16 pouches fit a single G36 mag really well, a lot better than dedicated G36 mag pouches.

Wow lucky. When I had my G36 I had a tab come off just pulling it from the vest, and once just from putting them together.

You're not the only one. I had triple M16 pouches and two mags would fit in each. So I clipped them together...

Yeah, they only clip together once

The only mags I have I haven't been able to break a tab off are the King Arms ones.
