The games are completely different, don't flame what you don't understand. Airsoft is way cheaper in my opinion and better game to play just for fun. Paintball is more about the compitition.
lol no one's arguing about the popularity of one or the other, we were making fun of how ghey paintball equipment is compared to airsoft, it's obvious paintball is more popular, we airsofters are alot more discriminating about who we let play with us

Agreed.

So why is a fiberglass pipe with some holes a lot more expensive than a ABS pipe with some rifling?
Your inner barrel is made out of ABS and has rifling?

Yikes.

Philippines to be exact. There was only one paintball place in the whole country and it only lasted for a year.

I had heard that airsoft was originally started because paintball was illegal in some countries because of enviromental concerns, go figure. Not sure if this is true

Buddy, I played paintball for a long time. Don't get up on your high horse and say I don't understand it. Who are you to tell me what I do and don't understand? Airsoft isn't as recognized as paintball and lets be perfectly honest, paintball has no place in the Olympics.

EDIT: Last line was a bit over the top, sorry bout that, was angry was all..

I need to show up to an airsoft game in a pink jumpsuit, full cover paintball mask, and start firing my L85 at an angle using two fingers. I should also take part in corner-shooting, not calling my hits, and wiping BB's off of my gear.

Probably for the same reasons that this is not allowed at the Olympics:

And I'm not talking about Mrs. Piggy
