Does anyone know why my Hurricane 416 sights don't line up? One is taller than the other! It's so lame I just got this set.

Yeah, I want a VFC now lol, when I find a job the 416 is next on my list. Maybe the metal JG 416 when it comes out.

Well, I'm more than happy with my JG 416 and it's not going anywhere anytime soon without me. Would be nice to have a metal body, but I like it the way it is now wiht the fixed stock and the barrel extension. I just installed a tightbore barrel (unknown brand stainless steel 6.04 I bought in the classifieds a while back).

And IMO, the upgrade to the full stock and large battery was worth it. I'm rockin' a 9.6V 3800 mAh battery, and both the trigger response and rate of fire are nuts. Fear the sound of its 21 bb/s spray...

Hmm. Do you mean 8.4v or 9.6v. Cause 9.4v doesn't exist.

I should add that the battery is actually too big to remove from the stock without removing the buttplate, so I have to leave it in the gun when charging. However, it's not likely I'll ever run out of juice mid-game with a 3800 mAh Ni-MH battery.

One you get the rise off pull the spring rod system back leaving the piston in place. Remove the rod from the back of the piston then slide the piston out. use the piston to push of the front pin on the receiver (dont worry about it fall it has a self catch) slide the top receiver off.

Its the same as RS.

Yeah. I did one CQB game with some buddies last winter, and my only working gun was my M15 rifle. Was impossible to move around effectively indoors with it, so went with pistols only. It's amazing the difference in mobility between a 16 and 20" barrel. 4" doesn't seem like a whole lot, but it makes a big difference...
