M4 upper vs lower receivers
Hey, i know that M4 lower receivers can not be imported. What about M4 upper receivers?

Apparently some people have been able to import uppers no problem. But just to be on the safe side, i'd recommend just ordering through a retailer here.

couple weeks ago I bought a VIS upper from HK, custom opened it and let it thru the same day.

But keep in mind that the CBSA has seized mechboxes and classified them as receivers. Legally you can but it may prove to be a hassle.

My mechbox got seized before. But fortunately, an officer picked up my call and after a little while of explanation, he let it thru.

anyone know where i can get just the upper receiver? preferably full metal..i checked overseas but most come with a ris as well
