12g CO2 refillable cartridge?

Is there such a thing as a 12g CO2 refillable cartridge? I've searched around and am getting conflicting answers. Has anyone tried and succeeded.

Thanks,

Fed

No.

The way they are made, it's a metallic seal that is melted in place at the factory.
Theses factory can take used cartridges and refill them. You cannot do it yourself.

I'd be really surprised to find out there are refillable options on the market. I've never heard of them and I've owned and shot air guns for the last 30 years. By their very design, you "break" the container by installing it into your gun. There's no way to reseal that tip once it's broken.

It's simple, dive under water until the water pressure matches the original pressure inside the container, then blow some air into it, and solder it shut.

The smallest refillable CO2 container, to my knowledge, is a 3.5 oz tank.

actually not true. Someone has made a refillable co2 powerlett. How ever he had to fit a regulator on the top and it would not fit into his mags with out modifying it to stick out the bottom. I looked into this when I had my co2 GBBR. Basically you are stuck buying them. Cheapest I found was .78c at canadian tire if you buy 40.

Another alt method is to modify the bottom of one with a quick release out of the bottom and run a remote line, mag changes will involve you quick releasing and adapting to the next one, basically the powerlett becomes part of the mag.

There yah go, he also sells them for $20 each.

Looking at his new ones that actually looks like they would fit well.. hmmm
