Best feeding mid-caps from Evike?

So I'm Cali right now, heading to LA soon. I wanted to stop by the Evike airsoft store, because why not? Anyway, I'm still a bit new to airsoft so I don't have a big mag collection, which consists of 2 G&G polymer midcaps, 1 stock Ares hi-cap, and a Valken hi-cap (not sure why :/ ). I like the G&G mags, but I had to spray silicon oil to make them feed well. I run an Ares Amoeba AM-014 Honey Badger for reference. Anyone know of any mid caps that feed well right out of the box, available at Evike, or do pretty much all mid caps require some work? (w/o fake cartridges of course, rather not deal with bringing those over the border). One personal preference I have is it isn't a regular-looking magazine, find they're too generic (I realize it has 0 impact on performance, I just really don't like how they look). I've heard that Magpul PTS mags are pretty good, but they're quite expensive per mag, so prefer not to get those. Any input / suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,

Michael

I'm still new to airsoft, but I assume I'm asking something unreasonable? I'm not saying I want to pay pennies for the mags, but I don't want to pay $35 USD per mag, which is what the PTS mag w/o fake cartridges costs, since I want to buy over half a dozen of them.

What can you recommend that feeds acceptably out of the box at a reasonable price? If I'm still talking unreasonably, let me know, I don't fully know what I'm talking about lol. The reason I prefer to stay away from the G&G mags is out of the box, they fed very poorly w/o the silicon oil breaking in, and I want to avoid that.

And if I had to pick 2, I'd prefer feeding well and not costing much money. I prefer non-standard mags, but if it makes that much of a difference, it's not a big deal.

Again, feedback much appreciated!!

Thanks Wrath, may look into those then.

Graff, I was thinking about that but the reason I didn't want to is I'm fairly sure they're made out of a cheaper plastic. That's why they cost so little compared to the Ares mags w/ fake bullets.

Anyway, thanks for all the input!

Ares midcaps are good, esp with the integrated pulls.
The ones without bullets are non serviceable and abs plastic, the ones with fake bullets are polymer and serviceable. In 4years of continued use, never had issues with either. Tho they are a super tight fit in a vfc 416.
But...they aren't THAT much less in the us. It's possible to find them for $12 and $17 cad respectively... for that...my opinion is why bother. In your shoes, i'd be looking for something that cannot be found locally or significantly less in cost.
