Help with a GBB SMG choice.

Guys next year/ summer I want to run a light weight rig set up with a GBB SMG. The local paintball/Airsoft field has a CQB village and that is where I plan to use this set mostly.

Guys the question is what is the best out of the box GBB out there?
(best as in least amount of problems)

Thanks

KWA MP9 is a good choice, fairly cheap to buy, but the mags might be costly when bought new. Doesn't need any upgrades, but you might want to change the bolt assembly for a low power to use in CQB, or the other option is to change only the valve, Dangerwerx made one.

I would say MP7 with long mag. Its technically my side arm, but many times I have put aside my MP5 (electric) to go straight into action with my MP7.

Another vote for the MP7. KWA shoots a little hot for CQB but thats an easy fix with an NPAS. Solid performer and can take a beating, I've literally gone a few months of neglect to shooting it at a game and it works almost flawlessly. Its the only GBB SMG I've handled so I can't comment on any others. I've heard nothing but good things about the MP9 and Kriss (if you can get your hands on one). VFC MP5 I hear is littered with problems as well as their UMP.

GHK G5 All the way. Loud and Hard. Shoots 350fps out of the box and has a carbine kit for outdoor with a longer barrel for even more fps.

I hate the shape of mp7 mags, briefly had an MP9R and MP9, the railed one is pure sexiness, but both versions are nice.

MP9 is fantastic, but it shoots hot (mine's hitting around 450+ atm....) and mags are expensive, but it's loud, light, compact and a hell of a beast. MP7 is good too, but magazine pouches can be hard to find.

Does the WE AK74U count? I used that as my CQB gun for at least a year now, so far been no problems.

most (if not all) submachine guns do not shoot pistol magazines...... they have their own version of magazines......

Some carbines use pistol magazines to shoot, one of the more common ones use glock mags that I have seen.

carteridge = bullet

magazine =/= carterigde

However, its a great thing you pointed out there are carbines that shoot pistol carteridges, I'm not sure if by the books its classifed as a sub gun,

An example would Be the the ruger pc9, its a carbine, but it shoots 9mm is it a subgub? Or a carbine? What is it in the books? Idk :P
