KWA M4A1 2GX Help

I posted this in another forum and got many views but no answers, maybe someone here can help.

Essentially, I want to replace my plastic hand grip with a rail system. Can someone explain to me the difference between RIS and RAS, if there is any?

Could you also suggest a rail that would be functional with this gun. I've just started playing and I'm eager to learn about my gun.

I put a Madbull DD lite rail on my gun, it fit fine. The handguard is not standard size so you can't put any standard RIS that fits between the delta ring and the front ring (unless it's a KWA brand...but good luck with that shit), but any free floating rail system should fit.
