detach the valve and regulator from the cage, including the male threads for the cage then thread onto the remote or tank.

okay update*
i just purchased a 14 ounce CO2 container off a buddy of mine, and i attached the madbull charger... not only did it not work for the re-usable cartriges, but it didn't work for my shiney new CO2 tank. ... this GSG-1 isn't working. my next step would be to talk to madbull but they live in america, and i'd never get my nade back. are there any people in canada preferably BC who either work for madbull ie airsoftparts.ca or any other peoples?? i really want my noise blast to work.. and am getting a lil pissed that it isn't. any help would be appreciated.

when you attached the madbull co2 adapter were you able to get any PSI change on the madbull gauge? I only ask this because you have to muscle the adapter on about another 1/4 to 1/2 turn to piece the inner valve on the tank. Duckman insisted for ages that his didn't work neither. I don't understand why the 12 gram cartridges didn't work. did it vent all the gas out before you got the cage closed?
9, 12, 14, 16, 20 oz tanks are all the same except for volume and size so try again by tightening it to where it seems tight then go another 1/4 turn. if it still doesn't work, go another 1/4 turn. once you get it to work, take a sharpie or liquid paper/paint and draw a witness mark so you know how tight to go. |

oh yea the nade took gas ... i had to vent it out in order to check the lube and the o-rings (again).. took maybe three-five seconds for all the CO2 to escape.
i had the PSI at 8 (800)

I'd stay a little lower. 600-700psi is more than sufficient. remember, to field these things you should inform your game host and field owner prior to discharging them.
why vent it? if it took gas and held, then do a normal discharge. |

i tired to do a normal discharge.
i played with the primer, i let it sit for about 3 minutes un-spooled. then when nothing worked, i let the gas out so i could open it up and do another random chekc of all the internals. maybe i should make a video and upload it onto youtube so you guys can see maybe i'm just missing something.
