glock base
so small folded you can fit it in your back pocket
and damn accurate.

magpul actually based it off another gun, same design concept, but for the life of me I can't remember it.

The material sounds very heavy and looks really durable.

That would be the Ares FMG

No relation to STAR. Lol

I like how the old one looks better than the Magpul FMG. They were designed to be concealed and replicate an emergency radio (Hence the presence of an antennae on the side of it)

Though, Magpul seems to be preferring concealability and compactness over deceiving an individual with its looks. Lol

actually, I've read up on magpuls revision and its supposed to be a flash light, if you look at some of the earlier videos, they have a tac light mounted and a carry handle

Yeah, But we have the internets these days. Eventually its gonna be put into a video game and everyone will know what it is. lol

when the Ares was going come out, decieving people to make it look like a radio would be a sinch, no-one but the military/police force would know what it is.

I believe Robocop showcased the Ares FMG? It was a shootout scene with a little kid and Police officers?
There's was a show on The Military Chanel's Top 10 CQB weapons Magpul's FMG placed second.

conceal weapon? I just don't have much faith in that getting here. Besides, its a novelity...For Conceal Carry (I dunno if anyone here is one of the 50 CCW Holders in Canada) it has the practical use if its semi auto
