604 PRODUCTIONS

i have updated some of my video making equipment to better serve my viewers. updated equipment includes:

- sony dcr-dvd video camcorder
- varios dvd-rw mini discs
- 4 gb memory stick pro duo
- dvd+/-rw dual format double layer burner and included software
- magix movie edit pro 12
- 100 dvd-r verbatim blanks discs for burning

im still working on installing and using all this equipment, but once im secure in knowing how to use it all properly i will most likely limit my filefront usage and make my videos for sale with partial proceeds to local charities. i will have more details as i figure things out.

Ever tried Sony Vegas Pro or Avid? They work pretty well.

I work for BC Paintball Players League as Videographer, so i'm quite into filming.

no i havent,,i just bought the burner and editing software today, had to upgrade my editing program because windows movie maker doesnt support mpeg2 format in which my camcorder records in. this means i would have to reformat every imported scene :banghead: before i could edit. so i decided it was time for an upgrade.

tough, windows movie maker only rendered videos in 320X240 or 720X480 for widescree which literally pissed me off because the end quality was horrible.

Mind telling me how magix movie edit pro 12 works out?

Thanks
