Your comment on poking the dog is one way to look at it...however i take a different stance. My opinion is if you gently poke the dog in the right way long enough, you can train it!

its not that I want you to fail or anything; quite the opposite actually
its just Ive seen so much failure in the past; and from organized parties in court as well

cbsa doesnt make a lick of sense, sometimes
and really, they are who you have to deal with

Pretty much any M700-series gun bought on the market nowadays (and manufactured after 3rd quarter of 2005) will not have the PCS Bolt (Power Control System Bolt) and is factory locked to 300fps or so (with duster.) Finding one with a PCS Bolt is pretty tough.
