Hard to speak for all of Canada, as it's a pretty large area. As for my small patch, we do use IR night vision (gen I, II, and III) in our night gaming. Have not tried with the Descam yet, but it is pretty understandable.

At night, British desert cam glows like a chemlite and is very visible even without NVGs.

Descam is even lighter then that...

Just put alot of my surplus Aussie kit up on ebay. Been waiting 2 months now and now seller verification yet. Ah well. Selling on Ebay as Bobbobwa. Funny. Looks like kwokwaiwu from these boards is currently bidding on some gear.

If there is sufficient demand for this kit, I'm in pretty close with some people from the land down under. I'm sure it would be little trouble for them to go to a surplus store or whatever and pick up stuff. Of course, if there is interest.

Heheh. Yep, looking at the day pack. Don't need anything else unless you've got a DPCU holster (non dropleg MOLLE or ALICE) sitting around.

The back pack is very cherry. Wife got it from Plat-a-tac i think and never used it. Taking the family to multicam this year.

Haven't put it up for auction yet, but I have a custom made drop leg molle platform with 2 M203 grenade holders, all in Auscam. Can PM you some pics after work.

Sorry tho, no holster.

Thanks but no interest in drop leg platforms of any type. I'm currently running a Plat-a-tac Peacemaker rig with some SORD pouches. I'm looking for a DPCU MOLLE holster to add on to complete the rig.

I've already got some Crye multicam but haven't had the time/cash to get the gear yet. I do have six 40mm double grenade MOLLE multicam panels available if you're interested. I'll let you have them cheap. PM me for pics and pricing.
