If you guys are using co2 mags, I would switch to propane. Also a small amount of silicone lubrication on the plastic nozzle itself may help. After I fully upgraded my scar, I never had the nozzle break after several all day games.

If you guys are using an npas to drop the fps, that could be what's putting unusual stress on the nozzle.

I only use propane, I use some silicone lubricant when I fill my mags before a game. Although I haven't tried it ON the nozzle itself, worried that might get into my hop-up not properly adjustable. =\

Not using an NPAS either, I never fill my mags with more than 29 BB's.
