Question Is this a peice of shit or not?

I'm wondering about the DPMS Panther Arms A17(?) and weather it is any good. I saw it at Walmart for only $100 but it is sold on buyairsoft.ca and even got good review(s). Is it any good or is it a peice of crap? Is it worth $100?

Check it out:

You can get a fairly decent Kraken AK for about $100 more (if even that) which had gained some popularity amongst Canadian airsofters starting some time ago.

hint #1 right there, also; reviews on sites selling the actual product might not be the most impartial either.

hint #2 get age verified and check out the real airsoft guns in the classifieds.

Billybob, you joined ASC in April 2003 and only started posting in August 2009.

What have you been doing for 6 years?

Achieving the Guinness World Record for Lurk Moar?

I'm guessing he was waiting to turn 18 (and maybe forgot us after a while)

Yeah but 2003? Come on. The internet wasn't invented until 2004.

But when you make that suggestion, are you basing your opinion on use at real airsoft games or "backyard domination"? I don't personally think anything sold at wal mart or canadian tire will even be close to competitive at a proper skirmish.
